Bootmenu
Bootmenu provides a generic method for starting applications on different virtual terminals on a device. This was originally developed to generically allow for multiple graphical engines on a Zaurus or Ipaq. It has been extended to allow for a menu so that a user can select the desired application. This program was targeted at booting graphical engines, but it can be used with any application (for example, Midnight Commander).
PDM
PDM stands for Pixil Display Manager - its a simple display manager that I wrote for the Pixil project som e years ago - it is useful as a really simple display manager for embedded systems that don't need much security.
Tuxpal Linux Drivers
Some years ago, a USB attached toy called the DotPal was produced - it was shaped like Homer Simpson, and played about 300 sound bites along with full motion. This project provides Linux drivers for the Dotpal, as well as a library to parse the sound files (.dpal files). Released under the GPL.
